Chef Uriels Burrito Pop-Up

Save that date, August 20-21 from 11am-3pm. 

The menu will feature recipes from our Executive Sous Chef Uriel Sanchez, who was born and raised in Morelos, Mexico. Chef Uriel’s curated menu will tell the story of his hometown through food and recipes passed down from family members, plus his own added flair and flavor.  

The menu includes grab-and-go burritos, Totopos Con Salsa (chips & salsa) and Totopos Con Guacamole (chips & guacamole), plus Esquites – a popular Mexican grilled corn seasoned with cotija, chipotle aioli, chili powder, onion powder & garlic powder.

On the beverage side, enjoy Chef’s Prickly Hibiscus Fresca (16oz) with agave and pear. and Mexican dessert options like Horchata Soft Serve, Pineapple Sorbet with tajin & pineapple, and Crullers with cinnamon sugar & chocolate sauce.
